D. Trellen, is a writer of Women’s Fiction stories, that are about the lives of everyday people, their joys, sorrows, and their missteps in life …. now we all know what missteps are its when you feel you are supposed to go down one road, and you go in the opposite direction, or when your gut tells you to do one thing, and yet you choose another …

D. Trellen’s writing is unique because although she writes fiction stories, they are based on true events. Her author brand consists of bold and straightforward storylines, that detail the drama’s of life, but with a twist … to keep you turning the page!

Her value as an author is that she writes stories that allow the reader to get a different prospective on life situations that everyone deals with, or knows someone who has.

D. Trellen loves to write and has been putting the ‘pen to paper’ for as long as she can remember. Along the way she has entered several writing contests, and has received ‘honorable mentions’ for her work, and is a member of the Women’s Fiction Writers Association.

D. Trellen earned her Bachelors degree in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University, achieving the distinction of ‘Summa Cum Laude’. She is currently beginning her graduate work, to seek a Masters degree in English and Creative Writing, and is looking forward to publishing three of her writings in the near future.
